GES Launches Nationwide Staff Job Evaluation Exercise to Align with New Scheme of Service

  ACCRA  — In a major institutional move targeting structural modernization and workforce optimization, the Ghana Education Service (GES) Headquarters has officially ordered a nationwide audit and validation of all staff personal records . The initiative, structured as a comprehensive Job Evaluation Exercise, is being executed in tight collaboration with the Fair Wages and Salaries Commission (FWSC) and the Public Services Commission (PSC) . According to an official memorandum dated June 8, 2026 (referenced as  My Ref. No. GES/DD-G(MS)/1/26/306  , the sweeping exercise forms a critical component of the implementation arrangements for the newly established Scheme of Service .
