A wave of frustration and desperation has swept through the Adum PZ market in Kumasi, where traders, devastated by a recent fire, have rejected food donations offered by the Interior Minister and Asawase Member of Parliament, Mohammed Mubarak Muntaka. The victims, who lost their livelihoods in the blaze, are vehemently demanding financial assistance to rebuild their businesses, emphasizing that immediate monetary support is far more crucial than temporary relief items. At no point has John Dramani Mahama ever sought to divide the Kusasi and Mamprusi people. During his visit to the Zugraan Bawku Naaba’s palace, Mahama responded to a request by the chiefs and people of Kusaug by highlighting the potential creation of a Kusaug Region. He described it as a via...
