A focused validation exercise is underway, designed to confirm the credentials of existing staff and solidify the foundation of Ghana's educational workforce.

This initiative, building upon a previous communication, aims to create a robust and reliable system for managing personnel records. The GES is committed to providing a seamless experience for its valued staff members, ensuring their contributions are accurately recognized and supported.

A Collaborative Approach to Data Integrity:

The GES is implementing a streamlined validation process, empowering regional teams to efficiently verify staff credentials. A dedicated three-member committee, comprising the Regional Human Resource Officer, Regional Internal Auditor, and Regional Accountant, will guide this collaborative effort.

To facilitate a smooth and timely process, staff members are requested to provide essential documentation, including:

  • Appointment Letter: Confirming their official employment.
  • Academic Certificates: Demonstrating their qualifications and expertise.
  • Licensure Certificate: Validating their professional teaching credentials.
  • National Service Certificate: Acknowledging their commitment to national service.

This focused approach allows the GES to update its records with precision, ensuring that every educator's valuable contributions are accurately reflected.
