The newly confirmed cases have been identified in the Northern , Western , and Greater Accra Regions . Despite the increase in numbers, health authorities are urging the public not to panic, stating there is "no cause for alarm." Sources indicate that training on Mpox is actively underway for staff at teaching and regional hospitals in Koforidua , Eastern Region. Additionally, contact tracing efforts are ongoing to identify and monitor individuals who may have been exposed to the virus.
