Kumasi, Ghana – In a solemn announcement that has sent shockwaves through the Asante Kingdom, His Royal Majesty Otumfuo Osei Tutu II has officially declared the passing of the Asantehemaa, Nana Ama Konadu Yiadom III. The news was delivered as part of a traditional customary address, marking a moment of profound sorrow for the Asante people.

The Asantehemaa, the Queen Mother of the Ashanti Kingdom, holds a position of immense cultural and historical significance.
