BOLE SHS TEACHER PLEADING IN NEW VIRAL VIDEO, AS GES DEMANDS SWIFT POLICE ARREST AND PROSECUTION
TEHRAN / WASHINGTON — The direct confrontation between the United States and Iran has crossed a dangerous threshold.
The strikes—which bypassed regional proxy groups to hit sovereign Iranian territory and regular armed forces directly—mark a volatile turning point in a rapidly expanding war.
The most critical escalation of the daylight offensive occurred in the southeastern province of Sistan and Baluchestan. A barrage of thirteen U.S. missiles slammed into an army base housing the 388th Mechanized Infantry Brigade of the Ground Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran, located near the city of Bampur.
According to military reports, the damage was severe:
The Toll: Seven regular army soldiers—including both conscripts and career personnel—were killed in their quarters, while at least 13 others sustained injuries.
The Damage: Multiple military structures, including accommodation facilities, guard posts, and an officer guest house, were reduced to rubble.
The Strategic Shift: Previous rounds of engagement had primarily targeted regional proxy forces or paramilitary Revolutionary Guard (IRGC) units operating abroad. Directly targeting the regular Iranian Army (Artesh) inside domestic borders removes a long-standing diplomatic buffer.
U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) confirmed the strikes were part of an intensified, highly coordinated offensive.
Using carrier-based aircraft, unmanned systems, and naval cruise missiles, CENTCOM stated the offensive is designed to dismantle radar installations, air defenses, and anti-ship missile sites.
However, the human cost is mounting. Iranian government spokeswoman Fatemeh Mohajerani reported that more than 30 people, including civilian casualties, have been killed in southern Iran during the recent waves of U.S. attacks.
The political and economic fallout has reverberated globally as Washington officially reimposed a strict naval blockade on Iranian ports.
U.S. President Donald Trump issued a stern warning, stating that strikes will continue to intensify.
Tehran responded with immediate, multi-front defiance:
Asymmetric Reprisals: Within hours of the strikes, Iranian forces launched dozens of retaliatory missiles and drones targeting Western-hosted military facilities in Jordan (including Al-Azraq Air Base), Kuwait, and Bahrain.
Strait of Hormuz Threat: Iranian officials reiterated warnings that they would completely close the Strait of Hormuz—the vital choke point for 20% of global oil transit—if their ability to export energy is entirely blocked.
With the Pakistan-mediated peace memorandum effectively in ruins, both nations find themselves on an uncharted, highly volatile path. The transition from proxy skirmishes to direct state-on-state violence has eliminated previous rules of engagement, leaving the international community braced for what comes next.
