This followed a string of damaging defeats to teams such as Coventry City, Bristol City, and Norwich City. Under Rooney’s leadership, the Pilgrims secured just 18 points from 23 matches, and their last victory came on November 5, when they triumphed over Portsmouth. The club is still without a win away from home this season. Rooney’s managerial record at Plymouth ended with just 25 matches in charge. HOW THE NDC USED JOSEPH GOEBBELS' PRINCIPLES OF PROPAGANDA TO SLAUGHTER THE NPP: The NDC adapted Joseph Goebbels principles of propaganda to shape public opinion in the run-up to the 2024 general elections. Certain actions and inactions and some politically unpopular decisions of the NPP government fitted the situation and made it easier for NDC to succeed with their propaganda. KNOW YOUR AUDIENCE:  The NDC knew their target audience and tailored their message to resonate with them. They targeted their values, concerns, and emotions. The Ghanaian people were made to believe that the NPP government had failed in the management of the economy, and every challenge in life was heaped on Bawumia and the NPP government.
