Father Accuses St. Rose's SHS of Negligence in Daughter's Death

  Akwatia, Ghana – A heartbroken father, Mark Kwadjo Gyemerah-Boateng, is accusing St. Rose’s Senior High School in Akwatia of gross negligence, which he claims led to the tragic death of his 15-year-old daughter, Beatrice Akua Gyamerah-Boateng. The distraught father alleges the school failed to provide timely medical attention to Beatrice, despite her persistent complaints of a severe headache. According to Mr. Gyemerah-Boateng, his daughter remained on the school campus for four days as her condition steadily deteriorated. It was only after she collapsed that she was finally rushed to the hospital. Tragically, it was too late, and Beatrice passed away shortly after her arrival. CAPE COAST, GHANA July 9, 2025] St. Augustine's College has asserted a formidable presence in the ongoing Central Championship, concluding Round 3 with a commanding lead and setting the pace for what promises to be an exhilarating academic showdown. The 'Augusco' boys amassed an impressive 59 points, demonstrating a significant gap over their closest competitors.

The intellectually charged contest, featuring some of the Central Region's brightest young minds, saw teams battling it out in a display of knowledge and quick thinking.
